What to do if my pet dies?

First, please call us (0120-83-9900) and we will discuss how to store the remains, and discuss and make reservations for the funeral. After that, until the funeral, please refer to the "If your pet pass away..." page on this website and store the remains appropriately at home.

Is there anything that can be cremated together?

Paper items (letters, photographs, etc.), cloth items (clothes, towels, etc.), food (dog food, etc.), and fresh flowers can be placed in the coffin with the remains. If a large amount is placed, it may interfere with the cremation, so our staff will check before closing the coffin.
There are some items that cannot be cremated together, such as metal, plastic, and liquids, so our staff will check when placing them in the coffin.

How should my family dress?

Family members may wear their normal attire (no formal attire required) for the funeral, bone picking, and the interment and memorial service at each ossuary.

Can I have the ashes returned to my home?

In the case of individual cremation, the remains will be placed into a ash bag or urn, so it can be returned to you.

Can ashes that have been returned once be laid to rest again?

Can I request a final memorial service for the ashes?
